My Core Exercises that I will do every single day.

1. opposite arm and leg extensions (4 sets of 20 per side)

2. supermans (4 sets of 20)

3. vertical leg lifts (4 sets of 20)

4. planks (4 sets of 30 seconds.  ea wk add additional 15 sec to set)

5. fire hydrant leg raises (4 sets of 30)
